In collaboration with BOXPREFAB, this 2-story ADU maximizes the potential of the ADU bill in California by creating a 1200sqft modular structure connected to the primary residence through a site-built foyer. The site-built foyer creates a secondary entrance to the home and interior access to the ADU while providing a separate entrance should the structure be rented or used by extended family. The entire primary residence is being re-finished to create a seamless vernacular between the house and the ADU.
